The EG4 FlexBOSS21 is AC-coupled hybrid inverter that does something most inverters can't — it works with solar arrays that are already installed. If you have an existing string or microinverter system and want to add battery storage, the FlexBOSS does exactly that by coupling on the AC side, eliminating the need to replace or rewire your existing solar equipment.

With 16kW of AC output and up to 21kW of PV input capacity, the FlexBOSS handles large arrays while also providing seamless battery backup during grid outages. It supports most 48V LiFePO4 battery systems and is UL 1741 certified for grid-tied operation in Canada.
